Our Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of services. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as cash, checks and debit
cards. We also accept Care Credit – a personal line of credit for veterinary care.
While we encourage you to apply for Care Credit prior to coming in, we are happy
to help either with your at home application, or by submitting your application from
our office. While we understand that financial concerns are a sensitive subject, we
do ask that you please advise us of any before your appointment so we can best
help you and your pet. We are always willing to provide estimates before
proceeding with diagnostics or treatment. In the event your pet will be hospitalized,
a deposit based on your estimate may be required. Financial matters are an
unfortunate necessity if we are to remain able to provide care to all our patients.
We do care about you and your pets and are always willing to have an open
discussion to find solutions to work within any financial constraints. Please call with
