At Lisbon Road Animal Hospital it is our goal to care for your pet like it is our own. We aim to provide state of the art care while making sure we understand the needs of each patient and owner. We strive to keep the lines of communication open and continue to nurture a friendly and respectful relationship between staff and clients.
Summer 2013 marked the completion of renovations and additions at our Lisbon Road Hospital. New treatment rooms, new therapies, and a new computer system all enhance our ability to provide the best care for our patients.
Appointment Policy - In order to best serve our patients, our practice operates on an appointment basis. Please help us stay on schedule by planning to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.
Our Emergency Policy -
Emergencies are always treated as a top priority. Please call ahead if possible so we can try to ensure that a doctor and support staff will be available immediately upon arrival. While we try our best to provide emergency care to our clients, situations arise when it is necessary for us to refer an emergency/critically ill patient to the Animal Emergency Clinic. In these rare instances it is always best to have called ahead as we can potentially save you a trip in vain and get your pet the care it needs more quickly.
Lisbon Road Animal Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients and patients and therefore we will not give out any information about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner. This is our private web site. We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will be disclosed to any outside parties from us or our website hosting company at Pine Point Creative.
Our Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of services. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express and Discover as well as cash, checks and debit
cards. We also accept Care Credit – a personal line of credit for veterinary care.
While we encourage you to apply for Care Credit prior to coming in, we are happy
to help either with your at home application, or by submitting your application from
our office. While we understand that financial concerns are a sensitive subject, we
do ask that you please advise us of any before your appointment so we can best
help you and your pet. We are always willing to provide estimates before
proceeding with diagnostics or treatment. In the event your pet will be hospitalized,
a deposit based on your estimate may be required. Financial matters are an
unfortunate necessity if we are to remain able to provide care to all our patients.
We do care about you and your pets and are always willing to have an open
discussion to find solutions to work within any financial constraints. Please call with
any questions or concerns you may have.
