"We are new here, but so far I have zero complaints. I was booked and seen in a timely manner. If you can't reach them by phone they welcome you to pop in, and 100% each and every member there has greeted us with genuine kindness. They are busy and short handed, yet never make you feel like you are interrupting or a bother.Our kitten is battling for his life right now, I stopped in three times yesterday while they held him for tests. Each time I was welcomed with a smile and compassion. The tech is amazing. She cared for our little guy as if he was her pet, and is extremely knowledgeable, she helped me understand all of our options and the processes. The doctor is so kind and patient and made me feel confident in our choices of treatment."
