They are busy and short handed, yet never make you feel like you are interrupting or a bother.Our kitten is battling for his life right now, I stopped in three times yesterday while they held him for tests. Each time I was welcomed with a smile and compassion. The tech is amazing. She cared for our little guy as if he was her pet, and is extremely knowledgeable, she helped me understand all of our options and the processes.
